Terms of service
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Delxo Technologies ("we", "us"), the maker of NikiPri. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use NikiPri.
What NikiPri is
NikiPri helps you split expenses, manage shared tasks, and run your teams — matches, attendance, and dues. It is a record-keeping and coordination tool. It is not a bank, a payment processor, or a financial adviser.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use NikiPri.
Payments and settlements
NikiPri does not process payments, and it does not start one for you. When you settle up, the app shows you the payee's UPI QR code and their UPI ID; you make the payment yourself, from your own UPI app, and it happens between you and the other person. We never see or hold your money, your UPI PIN, or your bank details. Expense and settlement records in the app are for your own tracking, entered by you or the people you share a group with — marking a settlement paid in NikiPri is a record of a payment, not a transfer of funds, and we do not verify that it took place.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use the app for anything unlawful, or to harass or defraud others;
- upload content you do not have the right to share;
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Your content
The data you add — expenses, tasks, teams, photos — stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and display it so the features work for you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for what you add.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from the app — see our account & data deletion page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimers and liability
NikiPri is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of amounts you or others enter. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app grows. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above, and significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
